  • Project Overview: As part of a £63m upgrade of the college’s facilities, three new buildings were constructed and alterations carried out to three others with the main building designed as a new pavilion set within the landscape providing a highly visible landmark, integrating with the other buildings to create a coherent campus.
  • Added Value: Due to early involvement in the design process, a programme of phased completions was developed and Butler & Young worked with the contractors to ensure that suitable means of access to and egress from each building was provided to allow a Final Certificate to be issued for each prior to handover.
