Project Overview: The project created a split-level mental health unit within the grounds of other existing health buildings. The building had two wings one at lower ground floor level and one at upper ground floor level with a central core administration block linking the two areas of the building.
Added Value: We provided early comment with regards to the fire strategy and helped to develop a clear and workable approach for managing the evacuation. We were also able to provide assistance to the contractor and Trust when issues regarding compliance were raised
Additional Comments: The project was completed successfully in Autumn 2009.
