Project Overview: Converting the 1871Elizabethan style grade 2 listed former school, to residential units within the heart of the market town of Brackley.
Added Value: Site visit with Engineer, Architect and client enabled initial ideas to be discussed, as well as constraints of the historic buildings to be assessed.
Initial design advice has been given to enable fire layouts and thermal details to be agreed, maintaining the historic appearance and integrity of the buildings.
