The project involved replacing a number of aging dwellings with 56 flats and 7 two-bedroom bungalows, as well as constructing new access roads, to provide Independent living for the local people. Modern, high quality housing as well as a community lounge and administration offices make up the complex, providing a safe and long lasting environment.

Development of former London Park Hotel site at Elephant and Castle for new 44 storey tower block with Southwark Playhouse facility at basement and ground floor and residential apartments above.
Jury’s Inn, New Hotel, Plymouth
This mixed-use scheme comprises a 247 bedroom Jury’s Inn 3* Hotel with 5,000sq ft leisure, bar or restaurant space, 64 apartments, 25 car parking spaces.
C4C Care Home, Croydon
The project consisted of the phased construction of 4 new care home buildings, three were specialist care homes and the fourth was an extra care facility. Two of the homes have also incorporated day centres.
